1. Choose the agreement Employment contract A written contract of employment between an employer and an employee. Residential lease A lease agreement for a house, flat or room between a landlord and a tenant. Loan agreement A personal loan agreement recording the amount, interest and repayment terms. Services agreement An agreement with an independent contractor or freelancer for defined work. Sale agreement A sale agreement for goods such as a vehicle, equipment or livestock. Custom contract Describe any other agreement and the drafter designs the form it needs.
