U kan wel ’n e-pos stuur wat die uitstaande bedrag, datum van verkoop, faktuur- of verwysingsnommer en ’n redelike sperdatum vir betaling noem, maar die bronne ondersteun nie ’n eis vir rente sonder ’n kontraktuele of ander toepaslike regsgrond nie. 3
